We wrote a few days ago about the new Ferrari 296 GT3 that was announced for ACC and mentioned that we think more cars will be announced shortly. Today's announcement came a lot quicker than expected, and it's in the form of the new Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo2.
Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo2
The Huracán GT3 Evo2 has Lamborghini's typical supercar styling with huge performance and an engine that sounds amazing. A normally aspirated V10 5.2L drives the rear wheels via a 6-speed semi-automatic gearbox. This, coupled with a double-wishbone suspension, should give the car excellent handling with decent top speed thanks to its massive, mid-mounted engine.
Final thoughts
This car will be released on Steam on 19 April 2023, along with the Ferrari 296 GT3. We're, of course, expecting more content to be announced over the next few days, including a couple more cars and maybe a track or two. There's no word yet on when consoles can expect this update, but we'll keep you updated the moment we find out more.
As usual, we're happy that Kunos hasn't abandoned ACC in favour of Assetto Corsa 2 and appreciate this new content and hope that they keep it going for a long time to come.
